Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time Lead Engineer or Architect?: You probably should as well. We fast track your...
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?: We will only work on one request at a time. You are free to raise as many request as you want, but we will process them sequencially.
How fast will I receive the work?: In most cases, we aim to send work within 48h. Of course, re-work and iterations are also expected.
What will I receive in 48 hours?: If you raised an engineering request, you'll get code Pull Request in the repository of your choice.
Who are the engineers?: London-based engineers and consultants., Previously working at various Startups, Mckinsey, etc.
How does the pause feature work?: Just pause your membership. Resume whenever you want.
How do you handle larger requests?: We will suggest a break down of the request in multiple tickets. Happy to collaborate on this as well.
What technologies do you work with?: We work with most infratructure and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). We love infrastructure as code (Terraform), any form of CI/CD, etc.
How do I request work?: Once subscribed, we'll give you access to a Trello board (Jira alternative). You just have to create a ticket on the board.
What if I'm not happy with the work?: No problem. We will rework and iterate on it until you're satisfied.
Is there any engineering work you don't cover?: We normally don't build your software (frontend/backend). We can advise on its architecture.
What if I only have a single request?: It's fine ! Just pause the membership as long as you need. Come back when you want.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?: As we commit to working with you until you're satisfied and due to the high quality of the work, we don't do refund.
